Manitoba Processing Potato Marketing Plan Regulation (Man. Reg. 206/2006).

The purpose of this plan is: a) to encourage the completion of potato growing agreements between producers and processors for the production and sale of potatoes to processors before the planting of seed to produce potatoes; and b) to gather, compile and distribute statistical information related to the production and marketing of potatoes. Section 3 establishes that the Keystone Potato Producers Association is hereby established as a board.. This board may establish a growing agreement committee for each designated processor.The text consists of 25 sections.
