Abstract
Due to the Province of Nova Scotia’s recent declaration of a provincial state of emergency to help contain the spread of COVID-19, the Regional Director-General, Maritimes Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations, hereby makes the annexed Order varying the close time for angling in certain inland and tidal waters of Nova Scotia.
