Marketing Authorization for Vitamin D in Milk, Goat’s Milk and Margarine (SOR/2021-278).

The present Regulations establish exemptions from the application of paragraphs 4(1)(a) and (d) and sections 6 and 6.1 of the Food and Drugs Act and sections B.01.042 and D.01.011 of the Food and Drug Regulations, in respect of the vitamin D that is present in milk and goat's milk if certain conditions established by the Regulations are met.
