Marketing Authorization for Vitamin D in Yogurt and Kefir (SOR/2024-88).

The present Regulations establish exemptions from the application of paragraphs 4(1)(a) and (d) of the Food and Drugs Act and section D.03.002 of the Food and Drug Regulations, for yogurt, drinkable yogurt and kefir in respect of the vitamin D that is present in the food, if certain conditions established by the Regulations are met.
