Abstract
Section 1 of the above-mentioned Order establishes that every person engaged in the marketing of the regulated product shall: a) maintain and keep complete and accurate books and records of all matters relating to such marketing, and b) shall upon request report all related information to the Board. Part III lays down provisions relating to the transportation of the regulated product. The text consists of 20 sections divided into 4 Parts.
