Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to quality of water used in milk production. Section 3 establishes that water used to clean equipment and building surfaces in a milk house must meet all quality requirements listed in this section. The text consists of 4 sections.

The present Regulations have entered into force on 1 August 2006.
