Abstract
The present Regulation enacts sections 40, 41 and 42 of the Milk Industry Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to standards in the milk industry. The text consists of 129 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: General (1); Dairy farms (2); Certificates, licences and permits (3); Sampling, testing and grading (4); Dairy plants (5); Pasteurization (6); Infractions and penalties (7); Dairy Products Promotional Fund (8); Dairy Producers' Protection Fund (9). Seven Schedules are enclosed.
