Abstract
The present Order is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to the quantity of butter allotted to all registered producers during a month. The text consists of 39 sections divided into 11 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Allotment (2); Non-transferability of daily quota and proceeds (3); Prohibitions (4); Adjustment to daily quota (5); Reduction, suspension, or cancellation of daily quota (6); Dairy facilities (7); Association of registered producers (8); Re-allotment of daily quota (9); Monthly quota exchange system (10); Repeal and coming into force (11). One Schedule is enclosed.
