Milk Operating Levy Regulation (Man. Reg. 78/2012).

The present Regulation is enacted under the Farm Products Marketing Act and the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba Marketing Plan (Man. Reg. 89/2004). Section 2 of the Regulation establishes that the levy imposed under this Regulation is due and payable by the producer to the Board at the time and place of marketing of milk by the producer.
