Abstract
The Regulations provide for the discipline of milk producer licensing. They establish: eligibility criteria for producer licence and application process; conditions to sell certified organic milk; milk quality standards and proAction program requirements; penalty for violating bacteria, somatic cells or freezing point standard; conditions of shut-off (the milk of a producer who is subject to a shut-off must not be marketed for a period of time or until certain conditions are met, or both, as set out in these regulations; penalties for non-compliance with proAction program; procedure for hearing, etc.
