Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Farm Products Marketing Act. Section 11 establishes that registration in the Canadian Quality Milk Program is mandatory for all registered producers and all producers must have successfully completed the requirements of the Canadian Quality Milk Program. The text – consisting of 15 sections – deals with the following matters: bacteria, adulteration, premises, somatic cell count, antibiotics, penalties under more than one section, notification, testing procedure, marketing of substandard milk, appeal, repeal and coming into force.
