Ministerial Order concerning the establishment of a list of threatened or vulnerable vascular plant species which are likely to be so designated and a list of threatened or vulnerable wildlife species which are likely to be so designated (RRQ, c E-12.01, r 4).

The present Ministerial Order implements the Act respecting threatened or vulnerable species (R.S.Q., c. E-12.01). In particular, section 1 of the Order establishes that the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks and the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife establish, as Schedules to the present Order under section 9 of the afore-mentioned Act, the list of threatened or vulnerable vascular plant species and the list of threatened or vulnerable wildlife species.
