Ministerial Order concerning the fees payable under the Environment Quality Act (c. Q-2, r. 28).

The present Order implements the Environment Quality Act (R.S.Q., c. Q-2, s. 31.0.1). In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to fees payable under the afore-mentioned Act.
