Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. Section 2 establishes that the Minister may issue, inter alia, the following types of licences authorizing the holder to engage in certain activities listed in this sections: amphibian and reptile dealer’s licence, animal parts dealer’s licence, fur dealer’s licence, The text – consisting of 18 sections – deals with the following matters: prohibitions, applications for licences and permits, term of licence, sale of animal parts, import and export, permit to serve meat of wild animals, exemption for game production, transitional and repeal.
