Abstract
The present Regulation is enacted under the Wildlife Act. The purpose of the Regulation is to conserve and protect certain populations of moose that are at immediate risk by providing an immediate hunting and trapping closure in those areas where it is necessary for the conservation of the moose population. The text consists of 5 sections.
