Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the present Regulation requires that air contaminants from a mushroom composting facility must not be discharged in a manner that causes pollution. Conditions must be met regarding pollution prevention planning, facility design and operation, and reporting. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
