Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the National Energy Board Act (RSC 1985, c. N-7). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to establishing international power lines and the exportation of electricity. The text consists of 10 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Inspection (I); Information to be furnished by applicants for permits for the construction and operation of international power lines (II); Information to be furnished by applicants for permits for the exportation of electricity (III). One Schedule is enclosed.
