Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the National Energy Board Act (RSC 1985, c. N-7). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the export of oil, gas or electricity or import of oil or gas. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following aspects: keeping returns, gas, propane and butanes, ethane, oil, electricity, units of measurement.
