Abstract
The present Regulations enforce the Food and Drugs Act (R.S. 1985, c. F-27). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to applications for licences of natural health products. The text consisting of 9 sections deals with the following aspects: application, issue of licence, suspension, site information, recall, labelling, repeal, coming into force.
