Abstract
The present Regulations are enacted under the Navigable Waters Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the building of bridges over navigable waters. The text - consisting of 6 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: application, lights, approval of plan, movable spans.
