Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the New Brunswick Egg Marketing Board to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of New Brunswick who are engaged in the marketing of eggs and to use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 3 sections.
