Abstract
This Regulation, implementing The Wildlife Act, C.C.S.M. c. W130, provides for night hunting, and thus concerns: night hunting permit; application for a night hunting permit; information and documentation of the application for the permit, including: the species of wildlife that the applicant intends to hunt at night, the area where the applicant seeks to hunt at night, the dates when the applicant seeks to hunt at night, names of any persons that the applicant intends to hunt with at night. The Regulation also concerns specific hunting rights for any aboriginal person hunting at night in northern Manitoba, and prohibits the discharge of a firearm nearby building used for residential, recreational, commercial or industrial purposes, an area where livestock are kept and a provincial road or provincial trunk highway.
