The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the composition, functioning and financing of the Environmental Assessment Board. The text – consisting of 36 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: appointment of administrator, regular or temporary members, duties of the Board, public consultation, purpose of hearing, alternate dispute resolution, hearing panel, confidential business information, hearings and journals, studies or reports.
