Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canada Safety and Control Act. In particular, the Regulations provide requirements for a licence application to import or export controlled nuclear substances, controlled nuclear equipment, or controlled nuclear information, in addition to exemptions from licensing for certain import and export activities. The text consists of 5 sections.
