Abstract
The present Regulation enacts sections 6.5 and 22 of the Oil and Gas Commission Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the levy concerning the Oil and Gas Commission. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Definitions and interpretation (1); Collector designated (2); Levy rates (3); Levy payment (4); Manner of payment of orphan site reclamation fund tax (5); Applications for compensation by landowners (6); Application of section 4 to sections 5 and 6 (7).
