Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Bean Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing of beans in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Ontario Bean Producers’ Marketing Board is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated in the Province of Ontario who are engaged in the production or marketing of beans.
