Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Egg and Fowl Producers’ Marketing Board the authority to regulate he marketing of eggs in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the Ontario Egg and Fowl Producers’ Marketing Board is authorized to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons described in section 3 who are engaged in the marketing of eggs and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose. The text consists of 4 sections.
