Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Regulations apply only to the marketing of tobacco in interprovincial and export trade and to persons and property situated in the Province of Ontario. Section 4 establishes that no person shall act as a buyer of tobacco unless he holds a licence issued by the Commodity Board in the form set out in the Schedule. The text consists of 5 sections.
