Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. These Regulations apply only to the marketing of tobacco in interprovincial and export trade and to persons and property situated in the Province of Ontario. Section 4 establishes that no person shall buy tobacco from any person other than the Commodity Board or a person to whom the Commodity Board has fixed and allotted a marketing quota. The text consists of 7 sections.
