Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Flue-Cured Tobacco Growers' Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing of tobacco in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Boards are empowered to fix and impose by order and collect levies or charges from persons situated in the Province of Ontario who are engaged in the production or marketing of tobacco.
