Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order grants to the Farm Products Marketing Board of Ontario and the Ontario Fresh Grape Growers' Marketing Board the authority regulate the marketing of fresh grapes in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Ontario Fresh Grape Growers' Marketing Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated in the Province of Ontario who are engaged in the production or marketing of fresh grapes and is entitled to use the revenue for its own purpose.
