Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for service charges to be paid by producers for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of greenhouse vegetables produced in Ontario. In this connexion, section 5 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Producers’ Marketing Board in addition to the remuneration of the appointed shippers as determined from time to time by the Commodity Board, a service charge for the marketing of the product in the amount as listed in this section. The text consists of 6 sections.
