Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. Section 3 establishes that every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, in addition to the licence fees set out under the Ontario Milk Marketing Plan, levies at the rate listed in this section for milk or butterfat sold by him to the Commodity Board that is not in excess of the quota fixed and allotted to him. The text consists of 3 sections.
