Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Ontario Milk Marketing Board or the Ontario Cream Producers’ Marketing Board the power to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Ontario. For the purposes regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk, collect those levies or charges and use them for the purposes of the Board. The text consists of 4 sections.
