Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Fisheries Act. In particular 4.2 (1) of Fisheries Act establishes that these Regulations, do not apply in respect of a wastewater system in Quebec in respect of any deposit of effluent from the final discharge point of a wastewater system referred to in section 2 if the effluent would otherwise have been regulated under the Wastewater Systems Effluent Regulations.
