Order Designating the Minister of the Environment as the Minister Responsible for the Administration and Enforcement of Subsections 36(3) to (6) of the Fisheries Act (S.I./2014-21).

The present Order is made under the Fisheries Act. In particular, the Order designates the Minister of the Environment as the Minister responsible for the administration and enforcement of sub-sections 36(3) to (6) of the Fisheries Act. Sub-section 3) prohibits the deposit of deleterious substances in water frequented by fish unless authorized by federal regulations made either under the Act or under another Act of Parliament.
