Abstract
To protect the health and safety of people across Manitoba it is established that all persons are prohibited from: (1) assembling in a public gathering of more than 10 persons at any indoor or outdoor place or premises, including places of worship, social gatherings and family events such as weddings and funerals; (2) assembling in public gathering at any restaurant or other commercial facility where food is served. It is also provided for closure of all activities not expressly mentioned in the Annex from 1 to 14 April. Are permitted services of health professional who is authorized to practise their profession.
Exceptions to order (1) are established for facilities where health care or social services are provided. Exceptions to order (2) are established for (i) selling food for delivery or takeout if the person responsible for the restaurant or commercial facility implements measures to ensure that persons attending the premises are reasonably able to maintain a separation of at least two metres from other persons who are attending the premises; (ii) providing goods by delivery or pick-up that have been ordered online, by telephone or other remote means.
