Order of the Provincial Health Officer (Pursuant to Sections 30, 31, 32 and 39 (3) Public Health Act, S.B.C. 2008) Food Service Establishments and Liquor Services

This order establishes security and public health measures in light of the Health Emergency situation and the risk of infection caused by the COVID-19 to be adopted at Food Service Establishments and Liquor Services. This order affects to owners and operators of premises, including licensed premises, in which food or drink is served.
