Output-Based Pricing System Reporting and Compliance Regulations, NS Reg 24/2024.

These Regulations provide for the discipline of emissions in the production of a product or extraction of minerals, solid materials, liquids or gases for any of the following purposes: sale, transfer, and distribution. In particular they regulate compliance periods; emissions reduction requirements and emission-related calculations and adjustments; compliance obligation on a regulated facility; climate change fund credits and performance credits, among others.
