Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Environment Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the sound handling of ODS. The text deals with the following aspects: proper labelling and handling of equipment containing ODSs, training for equipment service providers, and methods to be used to install, remove, service, repair or decommission products containing an ODS and their halocarbon alternatives. The text consists of 29 sections divided into 5 Parts and 2 Schedules.
