Abstract
The present Notice enacts the Fisheries Act. In particular, section 2 of the Notice establishes Pacific hake caught in those waters described in the Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations as areas 121, 123, 124, 125 and 126 are hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act. Section 29 of the afore-mentioned Act rules that nets, weirs, etc. shall in no way obstruct the passage of fish. The text consists of 2 sections.
