Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 29 of the Park Act. Section 7 establishes that every person who enters or is in a park, conservancy or recreation area shall, at the request of a park officer or park ranger, provide information about any matter pertaining to the use or occupancy of the park, conservancy or recreation area. The text consists of 56 sections divided into 9 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Permits (2); Public conduct and enforcement (3); Motor vehicles, vessels and aircraft (4); Firearms, hunting and fishing (5); Preservation and waste management (6); Camping and picnicking (7); Fees (8); Park rangers (9); Thirteen Schedules are enclosed.
Entry into force notes
The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 1990.
