Abstract
The present Regulation enacts section 133 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the granting of licences for petroleum and natural gas drillings. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application and tenders (2); Drilling licences (3); Drilling licences and leases (4); Grouping of drilling licences (4.1); Leases (5). Two Schedules are enclosed.
