Abstract
The present Rules are enacted under the National Energy Board Act. In particular, the Rules lay down provisions relating to procedures of public hearing held by an Arbitration Committee pursuant to section 75.16 of the National Energy Board Act. The text consists of 47 sections and 1 Schedule.
