Abstract
The present Regulations enact subsection 27(1) of the Canada Marine Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the management of ports. The text consists of 72 sections divided into 7 Parts: General administrative matters (1); Directors and officers (2); Financial matters (3); Risk assessment and insurance (4); Crown indemnity (5); Liquidation and dissolution (6); Offences and penalties (7). One Schedule is enclosed.
