Preserving Canadas Economic Prosperity Act (SA 2018, c P-21.5)

This Act has the scope to regulate the export from Alberta of natural gas, crude oil or refined fuels and establishes that no person shall, without a licence, export any quantity of those products. The Act provides norms on licence application, terms and conditions of licence, suspension and revocation, offences, and order to cease transportation.
