Abstract
This Order grants to the Prince Edward Island Milk Marketing Board the power to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Prince Edward Island. For the purposes regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk, collect those levies or charges and use them for the purposes of the Board
