Abstract
This Order grants to the Prince Edward Island Potato Board the authority to regulate the interprovincial and export trade of potatoes produced in Prince Edward Island. The Board is empowered to make orders fixing levies and charges, to impose them and to collect them and use the revenue for its purposes.
