Abstract
This Regulation concerns the sale flow in interprovincial and export trade of vegetable produced in Prince Edward Island. The Prince Edward Island Vegetable Growers Cooperative Association and the Prince Edward Island Vegetable Commodity Marketing Board are responsible for the marketing of all vegetables produced in the province. The Regulation spells out the rights and duties of the Cooperative. The regulation contains provisions on the transport, storage and labelling of vegetable products and on permits and licences required for selling vegetables.
