Abstract
The present Regulations grant to the Prince Edward Island Vegetable Commodity Marketing Board the authority to regulate the interprovincial and export trade of vegetables produced in Prince Edward Island; in compliance with all other applicable Acts of the province. The Board is empowered to make orders, fixing levies and charges, to impose them and to collect them from any person situated within the province and engaged in the production or marketing of vegetables and is entitled to use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 6 sections.
